Hexa People is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to manage complex AWS environments. You will design scalable multi-account architectures, implement IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation, and enforce secure IAM and networking practices to support fast, secure engineering delivery.

You will also own CI/CD automation and incident response to improve platform reliability, including root-cause analyses and performance optimisations.

Qualificações

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years hands-on AWS experience in complex multi-account environments (AWS Organizations, Landing Zones, SCPs).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform modules and state management; IAM/cross-account access; AWS networking; CI/CD pipelines like GitLab CI.

Role Overview

You will work in a complex multi-account AWS environment and play a key role in cloud governance, Infrastructure as Code, networking, security and platform reliability. This is a hands‑on engineering position for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and building cloud foundations that enable other engineering teams to move faster and more securely.

• Strong written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of hands‑on AWS experience in complex environments, including AWS Organizations, multi‑account architecture, Landing Zones and SCPs.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform modules and state management, IAM/cross‑account access, AWS networking and CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production cloud infrastructure, managing critical incidents and producing structured root‑cause analyses.
