JC Aircraft Maintenance, based in Porto (OPO), Portugal, is recruiting an ADMIN to join Ryanair’s engineering support team. The role focuses on staff travel bookings, IDs, station supplies, document control, and maintenance data support, offering direct and permanent Portuguese contract.

The ideal candidate has a valid EU passport, a driver’s license B, fluent English, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license B.
• Fluent English.
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment.
• A valid EU/EEA passport with unrestricted right to live and work in European Union.

• Staff travel (Flight, Train tickets and Hotel Bookings)
• Airport IDs/PCPs for staff and vehicles
• Station supplies (IDs for truck + driver for deliveries)
• Uniform issues and requests
• Background check and Security Clearances
• Database
• Maintenance planning support
• Maintenance data and records analysis
• Repair and Modification Support
