Cisco ThousandEyes seeks Software Engineers to join its Autonomous Security team. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents that act as autonomous security researchers and responders, moving from human-in-the-loop to human-on-the-loop.

Qualificações

• DevSecOps mindset with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native security.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or building agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or Go, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Service Meshes (Istio/Linkerd), and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Kargo).
• Strong security mindset: OWASP Top 10, CVE lifecycles, modern exploit techniques.

Responsabilidades

• AI Agent Development: build and fine-tune LLM-based agents for automated vulnerability research.
• Autonomous Remediation: create self-healing pipelines for security patches and updates via Kargo and ArgoCD.
• Threat Mitigation: design AI-driven logic to update WAF rules and service mesh configurations in real time.
• Pipeline Integration: weave AI security tooling into CI/CD to keep security automatic.
• Security Orchestration: connect scanning tools with AI agents to prioritize alerts without manual triage.
