emagine is seeking an AI Security Engineer to join the Central AI team. You will ensure that AI use cases, agents, and platform components are built securely by design, aligned with group security standards, and capable of operating safely at scale.

You will work with AI product, engineering, and platform teams to translate security requirements into practical controls, evidence, and delivery guardrails, collaborating with the Group CISO and Data Protection Office to maintain compliant security

Qualificações

• 7+ years in IT and cybersecurity in transformation, digital or platform contexts.
• Strong grounding in cloud security, IAM, application security, and secure SDLC.
• Working knowledge of AI security, including prompt injection and data leakage risks.
• Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security architecture for distributed systems.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence solution designs constructively.
• Pragmatic, outcome-driven, and resilient under ambiguity.
• Fluent in English; an additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Embed security by design across AI use cases, agents, and platform integrations with strong controls for access, secrets, logging, monitoring, sandboxing, and external integrations.
• Translate group security policies into practical controls and guidance for AI teams, aligning with risk and supplier requirements.
• Prepare security-gate evidence, drive remediation from reviews, and escalate unresolved gaps or delivery risks.
• Address AI-specific risks through hardening and secure deployment patterns.
• Support due diligence and secure implementation for external AI vendors, models, and APIs.
• Strengthen AI incident readiness via detection, logging, response playbooks, and SOC collaboration.
• Scale secure AI delivery through reusable patterns and knowledge sharing across the group.
