Versigent is seeking a ME Engineer to design and optimize production workstations, streamline processes, and coordinate product changes within a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure on-time launches, and drive improvement initiatives while maintaining high quality in manufacturing.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 2+ years in automotive sectors (preferred), and solid CAD and MS Office skills, with strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Industrial/Management).
• 2+ years automotive industry experience preferred.
• Basic CAD and engineering tools proficiency.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop production workstations per standards and requirements.
• Define and optimize manufacturing process flows.
• Plan and implement product changes with minimal disruption.
• Ensure timely product launches and engineering changes.
• Act as technical liaison with customers and align on requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production area.
