A Quadrante está fortalecendo a sua Unidade de Água e Efluentes, com a contratação de um Senior Draftsman para a nossa sede em Lisboa. Você liderará o desenvolvimento de desenhos hidráulicos e supervisionará a documentação técnica de diversos projetos.

Espera-se experiência mínima de 5 anos em desenho técnico, domínio de AutoCAD e Civil 3D, além de boa capacidade de interpretação de desenhos e inglês intermediário. Há oportunidades de crescimento, ambiente colaborativo e atuação internacional.

Qualificações

• 14º ano completo, preferencialmente com curso técnico em Desenho/Desenho técnico.
• Conhecimento sólido de AutoCAD e Civil 3D (obrigatório).
• Experiência mínima de 5 anos em desenho técnico, preferencialmente hidráulico/água.
• Capacidade de interpretar e validar desenhos técnicos e documentação de engenharia.
• Conhecimento de inglês intermédio a bom.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir o desenvolvimento e a preparação de desenhos técnicos para projetos hidráulicos.
• Produzir, revisar e atualizar desenhos 2D/3D com AutoCAD e Civil 3D.
• Preparar layouts, arranjos de equipamentos e desenhos de tubulação.
• Orientar e orientar desenhistas júnior, revisando seu trabalho.
• Colaborar com engenheiros e designers, contribuindo com input técnico.
• Atualizar desenhos conforme mudanças de projeto e prazos, gerenciando prioridades.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Waste and Water Utilities Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Draftsman, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and preparation of technical drawings for Hydraulic projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards
• Produce, review, and update complex 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring high technical quality
• Prepare and oversee layouts, equipment arrangements, piping drawings, and other technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior draftsmen, reviewing their work for accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers, contributing technical input to support design decisions
• Revise and update drawings according to project developments and design changes, anticipating potential issues
• Ensure the organization and integrity of project documentation and drawing records
• Ensure compliance with established project deadlines and quality standards, proactively managing priorities across multiple projects

Profile:

• 12th grade completed, preferably with a Technical Drawing, Drafting, or related technical course
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical drafting, preferably within hydraulic or water utilities projects
• Strong ability to interpret and validate technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Intermediate to good knowledge of English
• Attention to detail, organization, and strong commitment to quality
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively and lead within multidisciplinary teams
