Job Description

We are seeking talented and driven Design professionals in Portugal for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required as all communication is in English.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will collaborate with a global network of internal and external team members to deliver presentation designs for our clients. All new hires will undergo a paid training program to acquire the necessary skills to serve our clients.

This is an Entry / Junior Level Position. Recent college design graduates are welcome—no prior experience is required.

Applicants must submit their CVs in English and demonstrate sufficient written and spoken English skills. Applications not meeting these criteria will not be considered.

The Role

• Manage client projects from initial contact to final delivery of presentations.
• Manage SlideHub's network of freelancers to complete client projects.
• Participate in various business development activities within the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work morning and evening/night shifts in PT time (note that we work with CET).
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience and/or education in graphic design (PowerPoint skills are a plus).
• Legal right to work in Portugal (work permit).

Shift Details

Primarily working morning shifts, with occasional evening or rare night shifts.

• Morning shift: 07:00-15:00 PT
• Evening shift: 15:00-23:00 PT
• Night shift: 23:00-07:00 PT

Weekend shifts may be required once or twice a month.

Salary Information

Starting gross salary: 1,339.80 EUR per month.

We offer a structured promotion ladder enabling fast promotions based on performance. Typically, promotions to Project Manager occur within less than a year.
