The ideal candidate will have a degree in mathematics or engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience. You will work with teams to enable data-driven decisions, ensuring data quality and creating reports in BI tools. Proficiency in Python and SQL is required. What do we expect?

You will be part of the data team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining data
pipelines that power analytics and decision-making across the company. Your work will support teams
ranging from Growth to Product, Content, Sales and Customer Success, enabling them to make
data-driven decisions, measure performance, and gain insights into how we deliver value to doctors
and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across different
  data sources
• Build and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and accuracy across systems and dashboards
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, Looker studio, Mixpanel and other
  visualization tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical
  solutions
• Automate data collection, transformation, and monitoring processes using Python and SQL
• Contribute to data governance and product tracking, working alongside the Product team to
  define and maintain tracking decisions that support reliable analytics
• Work closely with other teams (Growth, Product, Content, Sales and Customer success) to
  enable a data-driven culture
• Document processes, data flows, and best practices for long-term scalability

Who you are

You have:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles (junior to associate level)
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data warehouse architectures
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Working proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI or other BI solutions
• Experience working with DAGs (e.g., Airflow or similar orchestration tools)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with Mixpanel or other product analytics tools
• Experience with Braze or other customer engagement tools in B2C products
