Sandro is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in Setúbal to ensure the smooth daily operation of the point of sale. The role focuses on customer service, sales performance and store standards.

You will lead by example, manage staff according to company strategy and ensure compliance with internal rules while representing Sandro’s fashion positioning. English language skills are welcomed at the store.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in sales techniques and generation of additional sales.
• Ability to organise a point of sale according to Management strategy and recommendations.
• Ability to apply and enforce commercial and managerial methods.
• Persuasiveness and energy with good teaching skills and exemplary conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible with the Store manager for the general organisation of the point of sale and for ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations.
• Has authority over all of the establishment’s staff, with due regard to the duties of the Manager and the Area Manager.

The Assistant Manager

He/she is responsible with the Store manager for the general organisation of the point of sale and for ensuring compliance with the internal rules and regulations. As such, he/she has authority over all of the establishment’s staff, with due regard to the respective duties of the Manager and the Area Manager.
