Job summary

Hilton Algarve in Almancil is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily dining operations and guest experiences across one or more outlets. You will help lead service delivery, monitor quality, and ensure the team provides memorable hospitality in line with Hilton standards.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, recruitment, and coaching, while maintaining health, safety and sanitation regulations, cost controls, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless operations: Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Deliver consistent quality: Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
• Support team performance and development: Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Recruit and train talent: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
