Job summary

Fortis Games, Inc. seeks an ASO Specialist to own app store optimization for its portfolio during a 6-month contract. You will shape keyword strategy, metadata, and creative experiments to improve store performance across titles in soft launch and global launch phases.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, creative, and game teams to execute CPPs/CSLs, run controlled experiments, and apply AI-driven insights. This hands-on role requires immediate impact and strong analytical creativity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ASO experience for mobile apps or games is required.
• Proven ability to manage ASO across multiple products simultaneously.
• Experience turning hypotheses into measurable improvements.
• Familiarity with AI-driven ASO workflows for keyword clustering or analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Own ASO execution across the Fortis portfolio during the contract term, including keyword strategy and metadata optimization.
• Build and run custom store experiences using CPPs and CSLs.
• Run A/B tests on store assets and translate results into next steps.
• Improve conversion rate across multiple titles through structured experimentation.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows into ASO for keyword optimization and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with UA, Creative, and Product Marketing to align store strategy with growth.
• Link ASO decisions to broader growth strategy, not as a standalone metric.
• Contribute from week one with minimal ramp-up.
