At Percassi Iberia, we are looking for an Area Manager for Portugal reporting to the Retail Manager for Iberia.

As Area Manager in Portugal, you will be responsible for driving sales for a group of stores, leading a team of between 60 and 90 people and managing all performance indicators for your stores.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the store teams: select, hire, train and develop staff.
  • Manage sales, ensuring that company standards and procedures are followed in stores.
  • Implement new procedures, products and in-store sales promotions.
  • Implement action plans to optimise results and profitability.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
  • Optimise product availability.
  • Ensure optimised store operations.
  • Analyse key KPIs (conversion rate, average ticket, etc.) and define improvement strategies.
What we are looking for?
  • A candidate with at least 5 years' experience in retail and KPI management
  • it is necessary to live in Portugal
  • Strategic mindset and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional leadership, with the ability to inspire, develop and retain talent.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Flexibility, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
  • Full availability to travel
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software
