VivaVibe Productions in Funchal is seeking an Architecture Manager to lead the architecture team and coordinate all projects. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality designs on schedule and within budget, with guidance to junior architects and regular client communication.

The ideal candidate has a strong architectural background, 3+ years in management, leadership abilities, and proficiency with AutoCAD. Accommodation is provided during employment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural management role.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to guide a team.
• Excellent project management skills and budget oversight.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Good understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead the architecture team.
