Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lisboa. The Architect will participate in all stages of architectural design, from concept development to detailed project documentation, ensuring alignment with the firm’s mission and standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing design proposals, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and coordinating with external partners and consultants. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, supporting integration of innovative solutions, and contributing to ethical, sustainable, and human-centered design decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience across project phases from concept to execution.
• Ability to work with Integration and Software Development tools relevant to architecture (e.g., BIM, CAD, and collaborative digital platforms).
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and modeling software; familiarity with sustainable design principles is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or eligibility is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; English or additional languages are an advantage.
