This role includes troubleshooting customer inquiries via email and chat, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The contract is for 6 months with a rotating schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic (C1) and English (B2) is required.
• Background in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech environment is preferred.
