Lingo-nova is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Arabic speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support Arabic-speaking users and English speakers for a leading social media platform from our Lisbon office. The role requires Arabic (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialect) and English, with rotating shifts and a 14-salary year.

Salary is €920/month plus an attendance bonus of €40/month for 11 months. Ideal candidates have a degree in Marketing or related field and experience in digital

Schedule:

Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday

Initial schedule: 07:00–19:00

Future schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts

2 rotational days off
