• Solid knowledge of customer billing and O2C processes.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash remittance application (cash allocation).
• Prepare reports on outstanding balances and collections.
• Support AR aging analysis and customer account reviews.
• Create credit and collection reports.
• Collaborate with other Finance teams (e.g., GL).
• Execute month-end tasks: reconciliations, reports, bookings.
• Propose process improvements and lead team projects.
• Provide regular feedback to your line manager.
