Cross Border Talents is seeking an Appointment Scheduler for the Portuguese + English market in Lisbon. This on-site role supports content creators by connecting them with platform resources and coordinating appointments.

The position requires native Portuguese and fluent English, strong communication, and good time management. Training lasts about 20 workdays with English delivery, followed by a 12-month contract and a one-month trial period.

About the Role

Join an international team supporting a leading global video-sharing platform. You will interact with content creators, understand their requirements and help connect them with the right platform support and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with content creators and understand their needs.
• Introduce relevant platform tools and features.
• Support content creators in improving their platform experience.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments or follow-up interactions.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email and video calls.
• Maintain productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, online advertising or social media.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and interest in social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Training & Contract

• Training: Approximately 20 working days.
• Training schedule: 8 hours per day, delivered in English.
• Training contract: 40 days.
• Training compensation: €760/month.
• Successful completion leads to a 12-month employment contract.
• One-month trial period after employment contract signature.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00-17:00
• 40 hours per week, plus a one-hour lunch break.

Additional Benefits
