Role: Application Support - AS400

Seniority: Senior (5+ years)

Type of position: On-site model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Total 5+ years of overall IT experience
• Total 2+ years of experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line support (L1 and L2)
• Experience with AS400 and Unix troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis
• Knowledge of Olympic / Midas (preferred)
• Good level of English
• On-site in Lisbon

Plus / Nice to have

• Familiar with production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
