Avanta Works in Funchal is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to design and oversee the construction of offices, retail spaces and hotels. You will create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet clients' needs and budgets.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors, produce detailed CAD drawings and 3D models, select materials, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with codes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools such as 3D modeling software.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients contractors and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position.
