As a Junior Commercial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Funchal You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional visually appealing spaces

Your day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed plans and drawings conducting site visits and inspections coordinating with contractors and other professionals and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques as well as excellent design skills A Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred Prior experience in commercial architecture is not required but considered a plus

As our ideal candidate you should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients contractors and team members Additionally attention to detail time management skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role
