Planck Technologies in Lisbon is seeking an Appian Consultant to join a banking project focused on the development, maintenance and evolution of several business applications and automation solutions.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, low-code solutions and collaborate with analysts and business teams, supporting testing, UAT and validation activities while contributing to automation and process optimization.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Appian.
• Strong experience in Appian development and maintenance.
• Experience developing applications from scratch using Appian.
• Good understanding of low-code / BPM platforms and workflow automation.
• Ability to work closely with functional analysts, testers and business stakeholders.
• Experience with bug fixing, incident analysis and production support.
• Knowledge of functional testing, UAT and defect management.
• Experience in banking, financial services or insurance will be highly valued.
• Fluent English is valued.

What will you do?

As an Appian Consultant, you will be part of a banking project focused on the development, maintenance and evolution of several business applications and automation solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing bugs and developing improvements in different banking applications built with Appian;
• Working on applications related to processes such as mortgage contract changes, loan settlements, amortizations, liquidations, customer transfers, account changes and shared business components;
• Developing new Appian applications from scratch, working closely with functional analysts and business teams;
• Translating business requirements into scalable and efficient low-code solutions;
• Supporting functional testing, UAT and validation activities with testers and business users;
• Collaborating with production support teams to analyse incidents, identify root causes and support issue resolution;
• Contributing to continuous improvement, application stability and process automation;
• Supporting, when needed, bug fixing and evolution of Blue Prism robots;
• Participating in testing activities related to RPA processes;
• Occasionally supporting Celonis initiatives, including data discovery, dashboard requirements, data model construction and dashboard development.

• Fluent English is valued.

• Experience maintaining or developing software robots;
