Holafly is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Campaign Lead to own the strategy, performance, and optimization of email and push campaigns across 20+ markets. You will drive experimentation, measure revenue attribution, and improve deliverability while aligning with an app-first product strategy.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with content, email specialists, and CRM, leveraging Looker/Tableau/GA4 for insights and optimizing engagement in a global, remote-friendly

Qualificações

• 6+ years leading high-volume email campaigns across multiple markets.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Tier-1 ESPs; strong testing discipline.
• Fluent English with excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the strategic roadmap for global email and push campaigns across 20+ markets.
• Own the global experimentation roadmap; design and run statistically valid A/B tests.
• Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure revenue attribution and deliverability.
• Lead campaign performance reporting with actionable insights and optimization.
• Improve audience segmentation and deliverability health across regions; maintain sender reputation.
• Collaborate with Content Team Lead, email specialists, and CRM for cross-functional initiatives.
