Claranet in Lisbon is seeking an API Management & Identity Integration Engineer to hands-on manage and evolve a critical API management platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will install, administer, and extend the platform, configure gateways, and work with OAuth2 / OIDC and WSO2 Identity Server, while mentoring IAM team members. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualificações

• Experience with API management platforms and IAM concepts.
• Proficient with WSO2 Identity Server, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
• Identity and access management understanding.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Right now, we’re looking for an API Management & Identity Integration Engineer— a hands‑on professional to help manage and evolve a critical API management platform in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Installing, administering, and evolving the platform.
• Developing custom extensions.
• Configuring gateways, including traffic management, rate limiting, and security policies.
• Working with OAuth2 / OIDC and integrating with WSO2 Identity Server.
• Developing XML / Synapse mediations.
• Managing supporting databases such as Shared DB and APIM DB in PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new IAM team members.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in platform administration and API management.
• Good knowledge of WSO2 Identity Server, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
• Practical understanding of identity and access management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Mandatory Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals.
• Azure Database Administrator Associate.
• PostgreSQL 13 Associate Certification.
