Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management – API & Financial Reporting to own the strategy, design, and delivery of API access to OI's reporting and data capabilities. You will shape how clients access financial reporting data programmatically and guide migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms like IDS.

In this role, you will partner with engineering, data, and commercial teams to craft API specifications, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive adoption of new reporting

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management within a tech environment.

• Experience defining API specifications, data contracts, versioning strategies, and developer-facing documentation.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, interchange, settlement, or payments operations.
• 4
• Proven ability to manage complex client migration programs including stakeholder communication and timelines.
• 5
• Experience authoring BRDs, PRDs, and functional specs for engineering teams in agile delivery.
• 6
• Strong analytical mindset; using API telemetry and client feedback for prioritization.
• 7
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align trade-offs.
• 8
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior leadership.

• Background in fintech/payments strongly preferred; relevant degree mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive multi-year API product roadmap for OI financial reporting capabilities.
• Define API strategy for surfacing reporting data to issuers, acquirers, processors, and clients.
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog.
• Define and track API KPIs: adoption, uptime, latency, error rates, client satisfaction.
• Oversee delivery within budget, scope, and timeline; manage risks and blockers.
• Ensure security, data governance, and regulatory compliance in API products.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
