AgileEngine is seeking an experienced Android Tech Lead to shape the architecture, scalability, and performance of a new Android experience. You will mentor engineers, establish best practices, and guide critical technical decisions across the mobile stack, collaborating with backend and design teams.

You will drive mobile architecture decisions, work with Distinguished Engineers, and mentor senior engineers while ensuring high-quality test coverage and efficient delivery in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of Android development with lead/principal experience.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Proven track record defining mobile architecture for large-scale apps.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) interactions or mobile-backend integration.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and drive technical consensus.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and UI test suites.
