PrimeIT in Lisbon/Porto is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with the bank's business areas, delivering data-driven insights and solutions. The role emphasizes ownership of data-driven projects, dashboards, and automation to support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 3 to 6 years of experience, strong analytics, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, working with stakeholders across fast-paced teams.

Qualificações

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the bank's business areas to understand needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Identify business challenges and propose solutions through data analysis, visualization and automation.
• Take ownership of analytical projects involving data retrieval, preparation and analysis of complex datasets.
• Apply data and statistical models to generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards and automated tools using data visualization best practices.
• Translate stakeholders' requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
• Present complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sponsors, sales and traders in a fast-paced Global Markets environment.
• Contribute to improving and automating processes, controls and procedures through data-driven solutions.

We are looking for a Data Analyst!

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Work directly with the bank's business areas to understand their needs and provide valuable data-driven insights and solutions;
• Identify business challenges and propose solutions through data analysis, visualization and automation;
• Take ownership of analytical projects involving the retrieval, preparation and analysis of complex datasets;
• Apply data and statistical models to generate insights that support strategic business decisions;
• Develop reports, dashboards and automated tools using data visualization best practices;
• Translate stakeholders' business requirements into clear technical requirements and solutions;
• Present complex analysis and insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Work closely with business sponsors, sales and traders in a fast-paced Global Markets environment;
• Contribute to improving and automating processes, controls and procedures through data-driven solutions.
