Volkswagen Financial Services Porto is seeking an AMS Engineer to join our IT hub. You will provide 2nd-level application operations for core enterprise apps, manage incidents, changes and deployments, and collaborate with Platform, TAM, and vendor teams across markets.

You will work on monitoring, automation, and CI/CD, using logs, SQL, Kubernetes, and scripting to sustain service availability in production and consolidation environments. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualificações

• 2nd-level support for business-critical enterprise apps with incident triage and escalation.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident/Problem/Change processes.
• Proficient in SQL troubleshooting and database health checks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized apps operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd-level application support for enterprise apps and manage incidents, requests and changes.
• Monitor incident queues and coordinate triage, prioritization and escalation.
• Analyze logs, monitor alerts, and perform database checks (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Assist with deployment, releases and on-call rotation.
• Support root-cause analysis and known-errors documentation, and contribute to process improvements.
