ICEYE seeks a Team Lead, AIT Engineering to guide assembly, integration and testing of satellite systems and optical payloads. You will lead the AIT team, interface with Production, and serve as technical focal point during spacecraft builds across multiple disciplines.

You will drive structured problem solving, ensure readiness of tools and procedures, and mentor engineers to strengthen the organization in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in spacecraft AIT, system integration or production of complex hardware.
• Strong experience with spacecraft integration and system-level testing across disciplines.
• Experience with optical payloads or Earth Observation systems.
• Experience with cleanroom environments and precision hardware.
• Systems engineering across mechanical, electrical, optical domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AIT Engineering team with clear priorities and mentorship.
• Oversee assembly, integration and testing of spacecraft systems.
• Coordinate integration of externally supplied optical payloads.
• Drive hands-on involvement in integration, testing, troubleshooting, verification.
• Ensure readiness with tools, procedures, documentation and hardware.
• Promote root-cause analysis and lessons learned into processes.
• Bridge Production and Engineering to improve manufacturable processes.
• Collaborate with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Quality and suppliers.
• Define and improve AIT processes, test methods, tooling and fixtures.
• Support ramp-up by increasing efficiency, repeatability and scalability.
• Mentor engineers and build AIT technical capabilities.
