Decskill is expanding its digital engineering capabilities in Lisbon and across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design end-to-end, mission-critical technical solutions for major European airport customers in a highly regulated environment.

The role involves leading cloud and hybrid architectures, security and compliance activities, and collaboration with global engineering and delivery teams to ensure alignment with security and enterprise standards.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong background as a Solution Architect or Network/Infrastructure Architect in large global organizations.
• Expertise in cloud and hybrid architectures, including secure network design, IAM, firewalls, certificates, OS/device hardening, and vulnerability management.

Responsabilidades

• Define secure, scalable architectures translating business needs into 24/7 environments.
• Design and manage cloud & hybrid infrastructures for airport ecosystems (AWS, networking, security, on-prem connectivity).
• Lead security and compliance activities, including tooling, testing, and security assessments.
• Support pre-sales, deployments, migrations, and upgrades, contributing to RFPs/RFIs and estimations.
• Collaborate with global teams, automate operations, and share best practices across projects.
