Qualificações

The Role

You will:

  • Provide top-quality support to airline customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.

  • Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions while ensuring a smooth travel experience.

  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex cases and maintain high service standards.

  • Represent the airline with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.

What Were Looking For

  • Spanish: C1 (or higher), excellent written and spoken skills.

  • English: B2 good working knowledge for internal communication.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

  • Flexibility to work shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:0021:00 (2 rotating days off).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory full training provided.

  • Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 08:0021:00 (rotating 2 days off)

The Offer

Compensation & Benefits
  • 870 EUR gross/month (14 salaries/year) base salary.

  • 100 EUR gross/month (11 months/year) complexity bonus.

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR /day (net, 12 months/year).

  • Transport Allowance: 20EUR /month (12 months/year).

  • Totaling 1 285,72EUR /month (12 times)
