Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of deep expertise in the industry/functional domain.
• Experience leading advisory workstreams and facilitating executive workshops.
• Practical understanding of GenAI and enterprise AI.
• Strong ability to prioritise opportunities and define measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and operational discovery with senior stakeholders.
• Analyse and redesign processes and decision flows.
• Build and prioritise a portfolio of AI opportunities.
• Develop value cases with KPIs and baselines.
• Translate opportunities into actionable business definitions.
• Create adoption roadmaps and govern execution.
• Guide delivery teams with business context and priorities.
• Review outcomes via KPIs and evidence.
