The Bosch Group, Inc. in Portugal is seeking a Software Engineer - AI to help design and implement scalable microservice-based software. You will work across the development lifecycle, deploying with Kubernetes/Helm, building REST APIs, and integrating AI/LLM capabilities.

You should have a strong foundation in Go or solid experience in C/Python, plus REST, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Git. Hybrid work and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable software within a microservice architecture and maintain high code quality.
• Deploy applications using Kubernetes and Helm with modern CI/CD practices.
• Design, develop and test REST APIs and work with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Explore AI/ML, Generative AI and LLM applications within software solutions.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot across the stack for reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge.
