FutureLABS, the innovation unit at VOQIN', is looking for a tech‑savvy problem solver passionate about innovation, AI, and data to join our multidisciplinary team in Lisbon.

Your Mission

• Support the development and integration of AI and machine learning components
• Assist in building and maintaining backend systems and APIs
• Setup and configuration of cloud environments and infrastructure
• Work with data pipelines, collection, and processing
• Experiment with new technologies, frameworks and AI tools
• Assist in the development of data-driven features and analytics tools
• Translate technical concepts into practical solutions and prototypes
• Documentation and reporting of systems used
• Participation in agile sprints with the FutureLABS team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or similar
• 2–4 years of experience in software development, AI, or technology projects
• Strong interest in AI, cloud technologies, data, and innovation
• Experience with some of the following is a plus: Python, APIs, SQL, cloud environments, backend development, data visualization tools
• Curious, creative and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced innovation environment
• Ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Open to professionals with backgrounds such as machine learning / AI engineering, data engineering or data science, software engineering
