Planck Technologies is seeking an AI Security Specialist to ensure secure operation of Microsoft Copilot across identity, access management, data flows and integrations within advanced Microsoft cloud environments.

Responsibilities include security assessments, threat mitigation, architecture hardening, red‑team testing and incident response. Hybrid work model near Lisbon is available, with a focus on Defender/Entra ID and Zero Trust.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, 3+ in Microsoft 365/Azure security.
• Hands-on with Defender, Entra ID, CA and Zero Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular security assessments of Microsoft Copilot deployments.
• Identify and mitigate threats such as prompt injections and data poisoning.
• Design and implement security architecture and hardening for Copilot workloads.
• Develop threat models and conduct controlled security tests (red‑team).
• Build monitoring frameworks and lead incident detection and response.
• Act as 3rd level support for complex security issues.
• Define security policies, controls and guardrails for Copilot usage.
• Assess security of custom Copilot plugins and third‑party integrations.
• Analyze data flows, validating encryption and protection measures.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an AI Security Specialist to ensure the secure operation of Microsoft Copilot, covering identity, access management, data flows and integrations, while operating within advanced Microsoft cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure security
• Strong background in Cybersecurity within Microsoft ecosystems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and Zero Trust
• Hands‑on experience with threat modeling, security testing and red‑team activities
• Practical programming/scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or C#
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
• Security certifications (e.G. Microsoft Security, Azure Security, AZ‑500, CISSP) are highly valued
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Advanced Portuguese (spoken and written)
• A Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security is a plus.

• Define security policies, controls and operational guardrails for Copilot usage
• Assess the security of custom Copilot plugins and third‑party integrations
• Analyze data flows, validating encryption and protection mechanisms
• Enable support teams through documentation, training, guardrails and escalation standards.

Working Model: Hybrid – 1 to 2 days/week at the client’s location, in a region near Lisbon.
