A Planck Technologies procura um AI Security Specialist para assegurar operações seguras do Microsoft Copilot, cobrindo gestão de identidade, acesso, fluxos de dados e integrações num ambiente Microsoft cloud avançado.

O profissional deve ter 5+ anos na área, inglês fluente e disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido, com 1–2 dias/semana no cliente próximo de Lisboa. Email: [e-mail].

Qualificações

• 5+ anos de experiência em Cybersecurity
• 3+ anos com Microsoft 365 e segurança Azure
• Experiência sólida em Ecosistemas Microsoft
• Conhecimento avançado de Defender, Entra ID, CA e Zero Trust
• Experiência prática com threat modeling e red-team
• Programação/scripting com PowerShell, Python ou C#
• Diploma de Bacharel em Ciência da Computação, Cybersecurity, TI ou área relacionada
• Certificações de segurança valorizadas (ex: Microsoft Security, Azure Security, AZ-500, CISSP)
• Fluente em Inglês (falado e escrito)
• Proeficiência avançada em Português
• Mestrado em Segurança Cibernética é um plus

Responsabilidades

• Realizar avaliações de segurança regulares das implementações do Copilot
• Identificar e mitigar ameaças como prompt injections, tainting de modelos e data poisoning
• Projetar e implementar arquitetura de segurança e hardening para cargas de trabalho Copilot
• Desenvolver modelos de ameaça e conduzir testes de segurança controlados e red-team
• Construir estruturas de monitoramento e liderar detecção e resposta a incidentes
• Atuar como suporte de 3º nível, resolvendo questões de segurança, desempenho e uso
• Definir políticas de segurança, controles e guardrails operacionais para uso do Copilot
• Avaliar a segurança de plugins Copilot personalizados e integrações de terceiros
• Analisar fluxos de dados, validando criptografia e mecanismos de proteção
• Fornecer documentação, treinamento, guardrails e padrões de escalonamento para equipes de suporte

About the job What are we looking for? We are looking for an AI Security Specialist to ensure the secure operation of Microsoft Copilot, covering identity, access management, data flows and integrations, while operating within advanced Microsoft cloud environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure security
• Strong background in Cybersecurity within Microsoft ecosystems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and Zero Trust
• Hands‑on experience with threat modeling, security testing and red‑team activities
• Practical programming/scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or C#
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
• Security certifications (e.G. Microsoft Security, Azure Security, AZ‑500, CISSP) are highly valued
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Advanced Portuguese (spoken and written)
• A Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular security assessments of Microsoft Copilot deployments
• Identify and mitigate threats such as prompt injections, model tampering and data poisoning
• Design and implement security architecture and hardening for Copilot workloads
• Develop threat models and conduct controlled security and red‑team testing
• Build monitoring frameworks and lead incident detection and response
• Act as 3rd level support, resolving complex security, performance and usage issues
• Define security policies, controls and operational guardrails for Copilot usage
• Assess the security of custom Copilot plugins and third‑party integrations
• Analyze data flows, validating encryption and protection mechanisms
• Enable support teams through documentation, training, guardrails and escalation standards.

Working Model: Hybrid – 1 to 2 days/week at the client's location, in a region near Lisbon.
