Job summary

Allianz Services is seeking an experienced IS Solution Architect – AI Security to design and govern security architectures for AI/ML systems and GenAI deployments. In this role, you will ensure robust security controls across model lifecycles, data pipelines, and AI services while enabling compliant AI adoption.

You will lead architecture reviews, draft security policies, and define KPIs to report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in information security, CS, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in AI security architecture or security engineering in enterprises.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and MLOps security integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise AI security architectures across training, data pipelines, inference, and MLOps.
• Secure AI/ML platforms and cloud services with IAM, model isolation, and secure endpoints.
• Draft and maintain AI security policies, risk standards, and baselines aligned with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001.
• Define and track KPIs/KRIs for AI security posture and present governance reports to leadership.
• Lead AI security design authority and ARB processes; advise AI/data teams on architecture decisions.
