Job summary

Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an AI/RPA Developer for the Intelligent Automation - Scale & Quality team in Lisbon. You will design, develop and deploy RPA robots that integrate with external apps and GenAI capabilities.

The role requires hands-on development with C# .NET, Python, and AI APIs, plus strong collaboration in a hybrid, multicultural environment. We value experience across RPA platforms (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath) and familiarity with Agile practices, CI tools, Git

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in RPA development with leading platforms like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UIPath.
• Experience in AI related projects (GenAI, RAG, NLP, ML) is required.
• Proficiency in C# .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI tools, Git and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, hybrid team.

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking an AI/RPA Developer to join the Intelligent Automation - Scale & Quality (Lisbon) team.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third party applications
• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using APIs
• Integrate Generative AI into existing RPA workflows

What are we looking for?

• RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath
• Involvement in AI related projects (GenAI, RAG, NLP, ML)
• Previous Experience in development with programming languages/frameworks namely C# .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tools, GIT, Kubernetes, etc
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in hybrid mode
