Tonic App seeks an AI Quality & Validation Specialist to own the release gate for our AI products. You will define quality criteria, run evaluations, and ensure every production deployment meets rigorous, audit-ready standards in a fast-paced healthcare software environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Data & AI, Engineering and Compliance to design scalable validation, maintain traceable test chains, monitor production quality, and support audits—ultimately making our probabilistic AI

Qualificações

• 2–4 years or more in a role focused on evaluating quality (model/AI)
• Designed or evolved an evaluation framework
• Clear technical writing for regulatory/audit audiences
• Comfort with data and interpreting quality metrics
• Authority over what ships and good judgment
• Strong communication with AI engineers, clinicians, and compliance
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Own the release gate and define quality criteria for production deployments
• Build and maintain the validation system with KPIs and evaluators
• Make validation reproducible with traceable requirement-to-result chains
• Monitor production quality and perform post-market surveillance
• Stand behind the process in audits and keep documentation audit-ready
• Scale evaluation without linear cost growth by coordinating clinical review work
