Nimber is seeking a QA Analyst with Artificial Intelligence expertise to ensure the quality of AI-powered applications. You will combine manual and functional testing with AI/ML understanding to validate models, data quality, and regression impacts.

You will design test strategies for AI/ML systems, contribute to test execution, and align outcomes with business requirements in an Agile environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML including model training and inference.
• Experience with API testing using SoapUI or Postman.
• Good knowledge of SQL/SQL Developer for data validation.
• Experience with Python or scripting for test data preparation.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Katalon.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English level; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define test strategies and test plans for AI/ML-based systems.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and exploratory tests.
• Validate AI model behavior, including fairness and edge cases.
• Perform backlog analysis, estimate testing effort, and identify risks.
• Support UAT and ensure requirements reflected in AI outputs.
• Analyze test results, model outputs, and regression impacts.
• Design data quality and data pipeline validation tests.
• Track defects and validate fixes; monitor model performance over time.
• Contribute to AI quality metrics and KPIs; participate in Agile ceremonies.
