Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models to optimize output quality and relevance.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve prompt engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine AI-generated responses.
• Analyze AI model behavior and performance, providing insights to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Create structured documentation and guidelines for best practices in prompt engineering.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI language models and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency.
• Assist in training AI models by curating datasets and refining inputs.
• Various other tasks as assigned by manager.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience in crafting and fine-tuning prompts for AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret model outputs and optimize performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
