Moofwd, Inc. seeks a hands-on AI specialist to design, develop, and productize AI-powered solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

You will take AI initiatives from concept to scalable production-ready implementations and work with business stakeholders to deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate has practical experience delivering AI-enabled business solutions, integrating LLMs, prompts, and agent workflows, and ensuring governance and security across enterprise systems.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML, generative AI, and AI-powered business solutions.
• Strong practical experience with Databricks and its data, machine learning, and AI capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including copilot development and workflows.
• Experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept to production.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and model evaluation.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant development frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, deployment practices, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and productize AI-powered solutions aligned with business needs.
• Build and deploy AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows using Copilot Studio.
• Leverage Databricks for data engineering, analytics, ML, and AI development.
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, and business apps.
• Translate business use cases into scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Develop prompts, RAG architectures, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move AI from experimentation to production.
• Ensure enterprise security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Document solution architectures and key technical decisions.
