• Experience in leading product strategy in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in designing rigorous experiments and fostering experiment cultures.
• Understanding of unit economics and revenue modeling for commercial prioritization.
• Experience in building AI-enabled workflows to expedite product development.
• Ability to gather and utilize financial and behavioral data effectively.
• Comfortable with technical discussions about system architecture and APIs.
• Strong communication skills to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to act as an individual contributor when needed.
• Proven success in mentoring Product Managers.
