Axians is seeking an AI Privacy Engineer to safeguard data across AI initiatives. You will translate GDPR and AI Act requirements into actionable guidance for AI engineers, embed privacy by design, and drive risk assessments.

Join a global, autonomous team where you bridge engineering and data protection, maintain documentation, and govern data protection throughout the AI lifecycle, including DPIA processes, data subject rights, and incident readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with GDPR and data protection
• Experience with DPIAs and AI risk analysis
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own the AI data protection gate for AI use cases and prepare decision-ready evidence
• Translate data protection requirements into actionable guidance for AI engineers
• Embed data protection by design across AI lifecycle
• Maintain documentation (data flows, RoPAs, controls) for DP reviews
• Carry out privacy risk assessments (DPIA, AI risk analysis)
• Define and drive pragmatic mitigation measures with engineering teams
• Bridge between engineering and data protection functions for compliance
• Enable scalable governance with auditable evidence of compliance
• Embed data protection by design across AI use cases, agents, and platform integrations
• Coordinate handling of data subject rights requests with AI Security and DP teams
• Positioning: first line data protection in AI delivery
