EVOLSIGN seeks a Creative Growth & AI Operations professional who merges marketing, growth, creativity, and AI. You will help shape brand communication in an AI-native world, developing campaigns, assets, and go-to-market initiatives while experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows.

The role requires autonomous work, strong communication, and a passion for technology and the creative economy, with Portuguese and English proficiency and curiosity about AI-enabled transformation.

Qualificações

• Education or professional experience in Marketing, Communication, Design, Advertising, Management, Media or Business Development.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology, marketing, brands, and the creative economy.
• Genuine interest in social media, creators, digital culture, and the evolution of social platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Execute marketing, growth, and communication initiatives, turning strategic objectives into concrete actions.
• Develop concepts for campaigns, launches, content, and brand activations with consistent messaging.
• Support the development of Art Direction through visual research, moodboards, and storytelling.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into marketing, content creation, research, and automation workflows.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, AI image/video, and virtual models to identify application opportunities.
• Support lead generation, outreach, and partnership development.
• Structure content calendars and support distribution across channels.
