TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a highly capable Microsoft AI & Power Platform Enablement Specialist in Porto. You will govern AI initiatives, drive adoption of Copilot, Power Apps and Power Automate, and partner with business teams to translate challenges into AI-powered solutions.

You will advise IT security, Legal, and business units while maintaining governance, risk controls, and operational excellence across Microsoft AI technologies. Hybrid work supported.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business informatics, CS, or related field.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Copilot Chat, and other Microsoft AI solutions.
• Experience administering enterprise-scale Microsoft platforms and services.

Responsabilidades

• Governance, operations, support, and adoption of Microsoft AI & Power Platform across the organization.
• Bridge between business and technology to enable secure, effective, and responsible AI usage.
• Provide operational support including incident management, service requests, and user enablement.
• Develop governance frameworks, procedures, and support documentation for AI/Power Platform.
