TeamViewer seeks a Microsoft AI & Power Platform Enablement Specialist to govern, operate and accelerate adoption of AI and low-code solutions across the organization. You will partner with business, security, and IT teams to enable secure, compliant AI usage with Copilot, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

The role emphasizes governance, incident support, and enabling citizen developers. You will drive best practices, conduct training, and ensure ALM and release processes are followed, while balancing

Qualificações

• > Bachelor’s degree required in information technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• > Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• > Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Dataverse and related AI tools.
• > Experience administering enterprise Microsoft platforms and strong governance knowledge.
• > Strong communication and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• > Drive governance, operations, support, and adoption of Microsoft AI ecosystem and Power Platform across the organization.
• > Bridge business and technology, enabling teams to use AI and low-code solutions securely and responsibly.
• > Advise stakeholders, AI Advocates, citizen developers and IT teams on AI capabilities.
• > Provide operational support: incident management, service requests, troubleshooting, and user enablement.
• > Develop governance frameworks, procedures, and documentation for AI/Power Platform solutions.
• > Define and enforce security controls, Responsible AI and DLP policies.
