Oliver Wyman in Lisbon is seeking an AI PMO Analyst to support the firm's new hub in Lisbon. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will help the Enterprise AI Programme Management Office by maintaining portfolio information, coordinating updates, supporting governance, and producing leadership-ready reporting to scale the AI programme responsibly.

• Manage programme inbox, triage inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Support governance by logging decisions and routing requests.
• Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance.
