Sovos is seeking an AI Tech Lead to guide the AI Platform from within the Office of the CTO. You will steer LLMOps strategy, set architecture patterns, and mentor engineers, helping Sovos scale AI responsibly across teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in production
• Experience leading engineers as tech lead or manager
• Strong architectural and system design skills, with hands-on coding
• Familiarity with AI tooling and platform integration

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for LLMOps, guiding decisions and scaling the practice
• Shape design and architecture for AI-enabled features and services
• Partner with AI Platform and engineering leads to ensure reuse and safety
• Mentor and grow the AI Platform team, enabling rapid delivery
• Translate platform capabilities into practical guidance, playbooks, and training
• Collaborate across product and engineering to drive adoption of AI tooling
