Critical Software is seeking a hands-on AI Ops Engineer to drive the adoption of Generative AI across internal processes. You will design, implement, and iterate AI tooling, working closely with stakeholders to turn their needs into practical solutions for our business objectives.

In this role you will build and maintain AI-powered features and automations, monitor deployments, and resolve issues to keep systems reliable as Critical Software scales its operations globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools and applications.
• Solid coding skills and experience building AI-powered features.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automations that support internal teams, using existing tools and frameworks.
• Help translate the internal AI Ops roadmap into working solutions, contributing technical input along the way.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and blockers as they arise during development and deployment.
• Work closely with team members across various departments to understand their processes and needs, and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Monitor and iterate on deployed AI solutions to keep them reliable and useful over time.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with hands‑on exposure to Generative AI tools and applications.
• Solid coding skills and familiarity with building and integrating AI‑powered features or automations.
• Clear oral and written communication skills for working with teammates and stakeholders.
• Practical, detail‑oriented approach to debugging and improving technical solutions.
• Ability to manage your own tasks and prioritize effectively, even with some ambiguity.
• A natural interest in AI techniques ‑ old and new ‑ and how they apply to real business problems.
